- Download the WE368 app from App Store or Google Play
- Click "Sign Up" and enter your email or phone number
- Provide your basic information (name, date of birth, etc.)
- Verify your account via email or SMS
- Start earning points immediately!
The entire process takes less than 2 minutes.
Is WE368 really free?
Yes, absolutely! WE368 is 100% free to join and use. There are no membership fees, no annual charges, and no hidden costs. You earn points for free just by making purchases at our partner merchants, and redeeming your points is also free.
Who can join WE368?
To join WE368, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Be a resident of Malaysia
- Have a valid Malaysian phone number or email address
- Have a valid identification document (MyKad/IC)
What do I need to start earning points?
All you need is:
- A WE368 account (free to create)
- The WE368 mobile app installed on your phone
- To make purchases at any of our partner merchants
Points are automatically credited to your account when you shop at participating locations!
💰 Earning Points
How do I earn WE368 points?
You earn points by making purchases at our partner merchants. Simply:
- Open the WE368 app and check in at the merchant (or link your payment method)
- Make your purchase as usual
- Points are automatically credited to your account within 48 hours
You can also earn bonus points through special promotions, referrals, and exclusive offers.
How many points do I earn per purchase?
The standard earning rate is 1 point per RM1 spent at partner merchants. However:
- Some merchants offer higher earning rates (2x, 3x, or even 5x points)
- Special promotions may offer bonus points
- Different categories (dining, retail, travel) may have different rates
Check the app for current earning rates at each merchant!
How long does it take for points to appear in my account?
Points are typically credited within 48 hours of your eligible purchase. During peak periods or for certain merchants, it may take up to 7 business days.
You can track pending points in the "Activity" section of your app.
Which purchases are eligible for points?
Most purchases at partner merchants are eligible. You earn points on:
- Retail purchases (clothing, electronics, etc.)
- Dining and food delivery
- Online shopping at partner e-commerce sites
- Entertainment and leisure activities
- Travel bookings
What purchases don't earn points?
Points are NOT earned on:
- Gift card or prepaid card purchases
- Bill payments and money transfers
- Cash advances
- Returned or refunded items
- Cancelled transactions
- Government fees and taxes (unless specified)
Can I earn points on online purchases?
Yes! Many of our partner merchants offer online shopping. To earn points:
- Access the merchant through the WE368 app or use the "Shop Online" feature
- Or link your payment method to automatically track online purchases
- Complete your purchase as usual
Points will be credited once the merchant confirms the transaction.
Do my points expire?
Yes, points expire 24 months (2 years) from the date they were earned. We'll send you reminder notifications before your points expire so you don't lose them.
Points earned first will expire first (FIFO - First In, First Out).

How do I redeem my points?
Redeeming is simple:
- Open the WE368 app and go to "Rewards"
- Browse available rewards and select what you want
- Click "Redeem" and confirm your choice
- Your reward will be processed and delivered according to the reward type
What can I redeem my points for?
You have many options:
- Vouchers: Grab, Shopee, Lazada, and more
- Discounts: At partner merchants
- Products: Electronics, gadgets, home goods
- E-wallet transfers: Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost
- Cashback: Direct bank transfer (minimum amount applies)
- Charity donations: Support causes you care about
Is there a minimum redemption amount?
Yes, minimum redemption amounts vary by reward type:
- Most vouchers: 500 points minimum
- E-wallet transfers: 1,000 points minimum
- Products: Varies by item
- Bank transfers: 5,000 points minimum
How long does it take to receive my reward?
Processing times vary:
- Digital vouchers: Instant to 24 hours
- E-wallet transfers: 1-3 business days
- Physical products: 7-14 business days for delivery
- Bank transfers: 3-5 business days
You'll receive notifications when your reward is ready or shipped.
Can I cancel a redemption?
Once a redemption is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled. Points are deducted immediately and rewards are processed right away.
However, if there's an error or issue, please contact our customer support within 24 hours and we'll do our best to help.
What if my reward doesn't arrive or work?
If you encounter any issues with your reward:
- Check the "My Rewards" section in the app for status updates
- For digital vouchers, ensure you're using the correct code
- For delivery issues, check your shipping information
- Contact our support team through the app if problems persist
We'll investigate and either resend the reward or credit your points back.

How do I update my account information?
To update your information:
- Open the WE368 app
- Go to "Profile" or "Settings"
- Select the information you want to update
- Make your changes and save
Some changes (like email or phone number) may require verification.
How do I reset my password?
If you forgot your password:
- On the login screen, click "Forgot Password"
- Enter your registered email or phone number
- You'll receive a reset link or verification code
- Follow the instructions to create a new password
